A Rate change for 2024 is coming into effect on May 1, 2024. The new rate is as follows:

Appointment Escort, Correspondence (phone call, emails, etc), Health Information Management and Navigation Services – the rate will increase to $22.50 per 10 minute unit (presently this is at $20.00 per 10 minute unit). The Initial Consultation and Personal Health Record Setup fee of $250.00 will remain unchanged.
